OUR PLAN
This year we are aiming to send 100 shoeboxes. With each shoebox we are wanting to ensure each child will receive the 12 week follow-up discipleship program 'The Greatest Journey'. If you would like to sponsor a shoebox, there are two costs.
1) Shipping cost $12.50 per box.
2) 'The Greatest Journey' Program $10.00 per box.
You can directly to church, and reference 'OCC' or you can donate online here and select the 'Operation Christmas Child Fund'
UPDATE: We have reached our Target for The Greatest Journey Sponsorship. We do still need monetary donations for the purchasing of gift box items and covering the shipping costs.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NEEDED?
Our plan this year is to plan on making our shoeboxes together as a church. We have a packing party scheduled in October (See Event below). You can either bring your shoebox items or help pack a shoebox with the items we have collected ahead of time.
We are encouraging everyone to try find ways to collect items ahead of time for this packing party. Below are a guide to what items are needed. Click on the images for a PDF version.
